Started in 2013 by Kim Milton and Richard Tortorici, R-Cubed is a group based in the capital district of New York State centered around having fun and enjoying a healthy lifestyle by running, riding, racing and more. We welcome anyone with a positive attitude,any age, kids and adults alike. There is no membership, no application and no fee to become part of the R-cubed family. Simply show up at any of our events you wish! We offer a variety of events for all different skill levels. Whether you are just starting out looking to build skills or you are a seasoned racer looking for a challenge, we have something for you!

In past years we have brought the tent and crew to the NYS MTB series races and had a great time racing and hanging out! We also have competed in several road and running races in the area.
